Microsoft designated solutions partner

Partner-grade access to Microsoft tooling, roadmaps and support, applied to your environment.

Overview

Being a Microsoft designated solutions partner is not a badge we put in the footer. It changes what we can see, what we can get you, and how quickly a problem in your tenant reaches someone who can fix it.

What it covers

Roadmap access, translated

Microsoft ships AI capability faster than most teams can read the release notes. We track what is in preview, what is going GA, and what is being retired, and we tell you the three things that actually affect your plans this quarter — not the other forty.

Escalation that goes somewhere

When something breaks in Azure OpenAI or Entra ID at an awkward moment, partner escalation paths reach engineers rather than a queue. You inherit that path as our client instead of filing a ticket and waiting.

Environment and entitlement review

Most organisations already own more Microsoft capability than they use. We map what you are entitled to across Azure, Microsoft 365 and Copilot, then show you where the gap between paid-for and deployed actually is.

Marketplace and funding routes

Some work qualifies for Microsoft funding, and some purchases retire your Azure commitment if they run through Marketplace. We structure engagements to use those routes where they apply.

How the engagement runs

A defined shape, so you know what happens next and what you get at each stage.
